EEEK!!! MOVING DAY GOT BUMPED UP!!!!!!!! I'm now moving on Friday. As in, 3 days from now. Boy, oh boy. Big fun for me!
Anyway, let's talk about books. I have been devouring novels recently, so let's get a list going.
Wake by Lisa Mcmann: This is a great story. Told from a teenage girl's perspective, it follows a charming narrative with good plotline and dialouge. Janie Hannagan is the main character, and she's got certain... abilities that make life a little difficult. She literally gets sucked into other people's dreams. This is a really cool book. Searching for sequel as we speak.
Suck It Up by Brian Meehl: A hilarious take on vampires. This is a novel that I really want a sequel to. Morning McCobb is the lame-o vampire of his class when he graduates and joins the League. He gets selected for a special mission. Out himself to humans. This is going to be fun.
The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen: Such a sweet story. I really enjoyed it. Macy's boyfriend has gone away to camp for the summer and she isn't sure how to live without him. Still reeling from her father's death, but unable to show it, Macy joins a catering service where she meets Wes. He's a sculpter and very easy-going. He shows Macy how to open up, and things just snowball from there.
Love and lemon drops,
Victoria
P.S. If anyone has a copy of the newest Vampire Academy, Spiritbound, would you please please please pretty please loan it to me? I wil love you forever and ever if you do!!!!!!!! :D
